Mystic Quills is a fan-made shop offering Harry Potter-inspired digital templates, minimalist wizardwear, and one-of-a-kind magical merch. Every item is crafted with love for the fandom—whether you're announcing magical milestones or dressing like a modern witch or wizard.
2. Are your products officially licensed Harry Potter merchandise?
No. Mystic Quills is not affiliated with Warner Bros., J.K. Rowling, or the official Harry Potter franchise. All products are fan creations inspired by the Wizarding World.
3. Where are you based?
We're based in Portugal, but we ship worldwide and offer instant digital downloads to fans across the globe.
4. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Not at the moment, but it's something we're exploring for future releases! Feel free to contact us if you’d like to send a gift—we’ll do our best to help.

Physical items: Typically ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method selected.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship our physical products to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. However, international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. For digital products, you’ll receive a download link instantly.
9. What shipping carriers do you use?
We use trusted carriers like USPS, DHL, FedEx, and other local partners depending on your region to ensure safe delivery.
10. My package hasn't arrived — what should I do?
Please check your tracking info first. If it's delayed or marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, email us at info@mysticquills.com and we’ll help track it down or offer a solution.

You’ll get an email immediately after checkout with a download link. You can also access your files directly from your account if you created one.
12. What if I don’t receive the email with my files?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at info@mysticquills.com and we’ll resend your files.
13. Can I edit the Daily Prophet templates on my phone/tablet?
Yes! Our templates are editable in Canva, which works on mobile and tablet. Just click the link we provide and edit in your browser or Canva app.
14. Do I need special software to use your printables?
No special software is required—just Canva (free or pro account; works with both). For printable files like PDFs, a basic PDF reader works perfectly.
15. Can I use your templates for commercial purposes?
Our products are for personal use only. You may not resell or redistribute the designs, even if edited. If you're interested in a commercial license, contact us to discuss options.

16. What size should I order? Do you have a size guide?
Yes! Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Our shirts are unisex and true to size, but we recommend measuring a favorite tee and comparing it to the chart before ordering.
17. How should I care for my shirt?
Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly over the design. With proper care, your shirt will last for years.
18. Are your shirts unisex?
Yes, all of our shirts are unisex unless otherwise noted. They have a comfy, classic fit that's great for everyone.
19. Will the print fade after washing?
Our designs are printed using high-quality methods that resist fading. Just follow the care instructions for best results.
20. Can I return or exchange my shirt if it doesn't fit?
No, because our products are made to order, so we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns. However, if there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at contact@support.mysticquillsshop.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.

21. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay through our secure checkout. And depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.Â

Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.Â
23. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.
Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.Â
24. My product arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re so sorry! For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at contact@support.mysticquillsshop.com.
